What centres publish

Plain yes or no answers to a few questions you would ask before booking: does the centre publish its medical screening, name a physician or nurse, publish a price, describe integration support? These are facts about what is published, not a score. We never add them up or rank centres by them.

What "No" means

"No" means we did not find it published where we looked, on the date shown. It is not a safety judgement: a centre may do it and not say so online. A "No" is never a sign that a centre is unsafe, and a "Yes" is never a sign that it is safe: we report what the centre says, without inspecting anything.

Counts by place

Each cell is centres where the fact is published, out of centres we checked for it. Listings built from the Oregon and Colorado licence registers were read for prices and what is included, not yet for screening or staffing.

A dash means the fact does not apply there: the state licence register exists only in Oregon and Colorado. Centre sites read up to 27 October 2026.

How each fact is decided

Publishes medical screening
The centre's own site describes a medical or health screening step (an intake form, a health questionnaire, a contraindication check) before a guest attends.
Names or states a physician or nurse
The centre's published information names a physician or nurse, or states that one is on staff or present during sessions. Vague claims ("medical professionals", "medical advisors") and doctors you are told to see at home do not count.
Publishes a price
At least one programme has a published price on the centre's own pages.
Describes integration support
The word integration appears in the centre's published inclusions, services, programme names or description, or a price page says integration is included.
States antidepressant or medication screening
The centre's site states how it handles antidepressants or other medication (for example, asking about SSRIs). Shown only where this was assessed.
States ECG screening
The centre states that it takes an ECG before treatment. Shown only for clinical programmes where this was assessed.
States continuous cardiac monitoring
The centre states that heart rhythm is monitored continuously during treatment. Shown only for clinical programmes where this was assessed.
Licence on the state register
Oregon and Colorado only: a licence for the centre was found on the state's public licence register.

Every "Yes" on a centre's profile links to the page that supports it. Every "No" says "Not found on the centre's site as of" the date we read it. The same rules are used for every centre, and paying for a listing never changes an answer.

ECG screening and continuous cardiac monitoring matter most for clinical programmes with heart risk, such as ibogaine treatment. No centre listed here was assessed for them, so they do not appear on psilocybin profiles.

Run a centre?

If your site publishes something we marked as not found, tell us where and we will re-check it. If you want an independent check of a licence or a clinician's registration shown on your profile, see Verified checks. A check is labelled as paid for and never changes these answers by itself.
