Who we are

What we collect

• Forms. When you send an enquiry or a message: your name, email, message, and any month or group size you choose, plus the page you sent it from. Please do not include health details.
• Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without storing your IP address.
• Your browser. Saved centres, the compare list and your theme choice stay in your own browser (local storage). We never receive them.
• Server logs. Our host records technical data such as IP address and browser type to run and protect the site, kept briefly.

Why, and on what basis

We use form details only to answer you (your consent, and our legitimate interest in replying). We do not sell or rent personal data, do not share it for advertising, and do not pass your enquiry to any centre unless you ask us to. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Who processes it for us

• Twilio SendGrid delivers form messages to our inbox.
• Vercel hosts the site and provides cookieless analytics.
• Cloudflare provides DNS.

These providers may process data in the United States. Where EU or UK law applies, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and withdraw consent. In the EU and UK you also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to data portability, and you can complain to your data protection authority. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights; we do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines it. Make any request through the contact form. We answer within 30 days and may need to confirm it is you.

Children

The site is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will update this page if anything changes, with a new date at the top.
