Scheduling
Psilocybin and psilocyn are Schedule I controlled substances in Oregon: OAR 855-080-0021 adopts the federal Schedule I list in 21 CFR 1308.11, which includes psilocybin (1308.11(d)(29)) and psilocyn (1308.11(d)(30)); ORS 475.005(6) and 475.035 tie Oregon's schedules to the federal ones as modified by the Board of Pharmacy.
