Licensed psilocybin facilitators in Oregon

346 facilitators listed in the Oregon Health Authority's licensee directory. The directory is opt-in: licensees choose whether to appear, so it is not a complete list of Oregon facilitators, and OHA says it is not a licence verification tool. It publishes no licence numbers, cities or statuses, so neither do we. Read 28 October 2026.

What a licensed facilitator does in Oregon

A psilocybin service facilitator holds a licence from the Oregon Health Authority. To get one, a person must be 21 or over, have a high school diploma or equivalent, complete OHA-approved training and pass an OHA exam; no university degree can be required, and the two-year residency rule ended on 1 January 2025 (ORS 475A.325). The facilitator runs the three parts of a session. A preparation session must come first and can be held anywhere; the client also completes a client information form. The administration session, where the client takes psilocybin, must be held at a licensed service center. Afterwards the facilitator must offer an integration session, which the client may decline (ORS 475A.345 to 475A.360). Psilocybin can be bought and taken only at a service center and only under a facilitator's supervision (ORS 475A.498), and a facilitator may not take psilocybin during a session they are supervising (ORS 475A.455). What it costs

Facilitators usually work through a licensed service center, and prices are set by the centre. The Oregon centres we list publish full-dose session prices from $400 to $7,400, with a median of $1,750 (41 programmes at 16 centres, read from each centre's own price page). 9 of the 14 centres that say how they bill charge for the psilocybin product separately.
