- Bendable Therapy was not in the Oregon Health Authority licensee directory on 28 September or on 27 October 2026. That directory lists only licensees who consent to be listed, so absence alone does not show that a licence has lapsed, and the centre does not publish an SC- licence number. Its own site now says sessions take place "at our partner licensed service center in Bend, Oregon". Ask the centre which licensed service centre you would attend, and its licence number, before booking.
