Screening
Site states "Pre-Screening & Intake: A thorough medical and psychological screening to ensure safety and suitability" and "Medically supervised screening before participation". It reviews "physical and mental health considerations, medication, contraindications" and lists personal or family history of psychosis, serious cardiovascular disease and "specific medications (for example some antidepressants)" as possible exclusions. On antidepressants: "Tell us during your intake... Do not stop antidepressants or other prescribed medication simply to take psilocybin."
The law where it operates
Illegal but tolerated in practice: possession for personal use is an administrative offence, but supplying psilocybin is trafficking. Retreats advertise openly and we found no reported prosecution of one.
Prohibited under national law. Retreats operate openly and we found no reported prosecution of a retreat. That can change without notice, and participants and operators carry real legal risk.
Public record
No entries under our public record policy, as of 4 October 2026.
What we list and what we do not: public record policy. Paying for Featured placement or Verified checks never changes a record.
